Elopement ceremony fees begin at $250 for a Portland ceremony at my office, and vary to $295 depending on the distance and time involved for your ceremony.  A $100 deposit to secure the date is applied to total fee or forfeited in the event of a cancellation. Bring 2 witnesses over 18. Travel costs may  increase depending on distance and time involved for  ceremony. Last minute notice scheduling available.

License Conditions: Marriage license applications must be received within 60 days of your ceremony. Oregon has a three-day waiting period before a ceremony can take place after a license has been issued.  You must have 2 witnesses, over age 18.  A marriage license must be purchased in the state you will be married in, not the state that you live in. A license can be purchased in any county in the state and can be used anywhere in the state.
